Formed copper sheet, food-safe lacquer
Hand wash with warm soapy water
Dishwasher and microwave not recommended
Avoid abrasive cleaners or brushes that will damage the surface and dry with a soft cloth
Brass will develop a natural patina over time as it oxidizes, you may use a metal polish
