Description
Since the end of the 1940s, the sterling silver “Elysée” cutlery from Puiforcat has been used by the Elysée Palace on official occasions when the French President receives international dignitaries. These magnificent, intricately handcrafted utensils show off the exceptional skill of the legendary Puiforcat silversmiths. The opulent décor takes its inspiration from the French Regency style that flourished under Louis XV from 1715 to 1760. What is particularly refined is the delicate chased silverwork that alternates between a matt and shiny, as well as raised and indented surfaces.
