The Cheese Cage was designed to facilitate and enhance the presentation of cheese, fruit or pastries, while helping to conserve them.
The two-level design optimizes storage.
The Cheese Cage is composed of:

. Two removable and reversible wooden trays: each one has a flat side and a concave side (e.g., for creamy cheeses)
